How do distillers know what goes with what?  Local distillers will let you in on their secrets of how they find their magical blend and educate you on those beautiful Tasmanian flavours and aromas that may have noticed, but couldn’t quite put your finger on.

Fermentation - Learn about the process

Fermented food and drinks are all the talk at the moment, with gut health and its links to a range of other physical and mental health benefits a hot topic.  Tasmania is a hotspot for fermentation, so come and join local scientists and fermenters to get hands on experience on how you could become a fermenter and understand the nutritional benefits in this brand new masterclass.  This masterclass will be presented in conjunction with FermenTasmania, an industry cluster around fermentation based right here in Launceston.
