  • Why should I be a stallholder?

    Festivale is a unique opportunity to showcase your products to an audience of up to 30,000 patrons from all over Australia over the 3 days.

  • How do I become a stallholder?

    For more information on how to become a stallholder please see our Stallholder Application guide. Applications open Monday 5th June 2023 and Close Friday 21 July 2023.

  • Where can I find the list of stallholders?

    A list of stallholders will be available on the website and Festivale APP on 10 November 2023.

  • Can I pick my site?

    The Festivale Committee work hard to place stallholders throughout the park, ensuring rotation of sites each year and a good mix of food and beverage. Sites cannot be requested; however, your stall requirements may play a part in location of your stall.

  • How many stallholders and patrons attend Festivale?

    Festivale attracts around 28,000 patrons over the three-day event.Around 70 stallholders attend Festivale showcasing the best of Tasmania’s fine food, produce and beverages.

  • can I change my menu after submission?

    Menu changes can be done after you have submitted your application and before successful stallholders have been notified. Simply contact our office to ask for your application to be unlocked. If you would like to change your menu after your application has been submitted and you have been notified that you are a successful stallholder you will need to put this in writing to our office for our food and beverage committee consideration.
