Festivale is a unique opportunity to showcase your products to an audience of up to 30,000 patrons from all over Australia over the 3 days.

A list of stallholders will be available on the website and Festivale APP on 10 November 2023.

The Festivale Committee work hard to place stallholders throughout the park, ensuring rotation of sites each year and a good mix of food and beverage. Sites cannot be requested; however, your stall requirements may play a part in location of your stall.

Festivale attracts around 28,000 patrons over the three-day event.Around 70 stallholders attend Festivale showcasing the best of Tasmania’s fine food, produce and beverages.

Menu changes can be done after you have submitted your application and before successful stallholders have been notified. Simply contact our office to ask for your application to be unlocked. If you would like to change your menu after your application has been submitted and you have been notified that you are a successful stallholder you will need to put this in writing to our office for our food and beverage committee consideration.
